4. If total weight of shipments in a single shipment pick-up is above 5kg, additional pick-up surcharge of HK$10 per kg will be levied.

*Calculation of Volumetric Weight: Length x width x height / 5,000(cm). Example: 60cm x 50cm x 50cm / 5,000 = 30kg

Monthly service charge, which is based on the location of visit point and daily frequency of shipment pick-up, will be charged. Standard shipment weight of Point-To-Point Service is 2kg per visit point.

DHL DOMESTIC COLLECTION comprises a pickup of a domestic shipment from the Shipper and its delivery to an assigned collection point; and the return delivery from the collection point to the Shipper under the same domestic waybill. The transport charge is based on the location of the collection point and the total shipment weight on both journeys.
