Fraudulent Phone Calls Alert
DHL Express is aware that recently there are increasing fraudulent phone calls claiming to come from an express company. These calls begin with a recorded message about a shipment delivery in attempt to obtain personal information.
DHL respects personal data privacy and does not make automated phone calls to customers requesting personal or shipment information.

Email Spam Alert
Please be advised that if you received an email suggesting that DHL is attempting to deliver a package requesting that you open the email attachment in order to affect delivery, this email is fraudulent, the package does not exist and the attachment may be a computer virus.
Please do not open the attachment. This email and attachment does not originate from DHL.

If you encounter the above situations, or have any doubt to the authenticity of the communications claimed from DHL, please contact us for verification.
