Important Information about DHLWaybill

DHL has always been dedicated to providing the most reliable and efficient services to customers, where real-time tracking plays an important role. Using expired DHL Waybills (validity period has been printed on each waybill) will potentially cause delay, inconvenience in tracing and billing issue. Therefore, starting from 1 September 2017, our courier will request customers to prepare a new DHL Waybill if they are found using an expired one during shipment pick up.

You are recommended to destroy the expired DHL Waybills or hand them over to our courier for disposal.
To reduce paper waste and impact on the environment, you may consider using DHL e-Shipping Tools such as MyDHL (please refer to for details) to support DHL’s “GOGREEN” social responsibility program.
