DHL Express is aware of the recent developments made in phone scamming. Scammers are now using fraudulent caller IDs which appear as DHL’s customer service hotline (852) 2400 3388 through automated call systems and claims that the calls are from an express company. These calls begin with a recorded message in an attempt to obtain personal information.

DHL will never make automated phones call to request customers’ personal or shipment information. If you have any doubt as to the authenticity of the calls claimed to be from DHL, please contact our DHL Express Customer Service hotline at (852) 2400 3388 for enquiries and verification.

Please be advised that if you received an email suggesting that DHL is attempting to deliver a package requesting that you open the email attachment in order to affect delivery, this email is fraudulent, the package does not exist and the attachment may be a computer virus.

Please do not open the attachment. This email and attachment does not originate from DHL.

If you encounter the above situations, or have any doubt to the authenticity of the communications claimed from DHL, please contact our DHL Express Customer Service hotline at (852) 2400 3388 for verification.
