Security Measures
Warehouse security is a crucial factor to many customers and we will be taking a series of security measures to ensure customers’ inventories are well-protected. Security measures to be applied include: CCTV monitoring, access control, 24-hour security guarding, etc.
Fire System
Interlink will be built to fulfill the Fire Services Department requirements with essential elements including: installation of 2-hour fire resistant roller shutter, automatic sprinkler system & hose reel/fire hydrant (HR/FH) system, Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) Detection system, etc.
GoGreen
The facility is built according to environmental guidelines- HKBEAM (Hong Kong Building Environments Assessment Method) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and it is expected to be the first logistics building to obtain these accreditations and awards in Hong Kong.
Associated Facilities
To accommodate the daily needs for both staff and visitors, the developer has included a cafeteria, convenience store and ATM in the development blueprint of Interlink. Also, regular shuttle bus service will be offered to connect Interlink with the nearby MTR station.
Contingency Management
Interlink is equipped with back-up power generators to support power supply for life safety facilities and basic common area operations, to ensure the building remains in a safe mode should there be a power failure at any given point of time.
