We have been informed that a fraudulent email is being sent with the subject ¡§DHL tracking number¡¨. The email contains a message similar to the following:
¡§We were not able to deliver postal package you sent on the [date] in time because the recipient¡¦s address is incorrect. Please print out the attached invoice copy and collect the package at our office.¡¨
The email attachment contains a suspected virus. Please delete the email immediately and be advised that the mentioned package does not exist.
Please be advised that DHL does not request the recipient to print out a copy of the invoice for collection of packages at DHL offices. In case where the recipient¡¦s address is incorrect, a DHL Customer Service representative will contact the sender for a new delivery address. Please note that DHL correspondences contain valid air waybill and tracking numbers and can be identified by the DHL domain name (nameofsender@dhl.com).
