DHL’s dedication to Forwarding customers recognized with Silver Grand Award at Hong Kong Customer Service Excellence Awards
DHL, the world's leading express and logistics company, today announced that its air and ocean freight division, DHL Global Forwarding, has won the Silver Award in the Grand Award category at the Hong Kong Customer Service Excellence Awards 2007. The Award acknowledges DHL Global Forwarding's relentless strive for excellence in service delivery.

DHL Global Forwarding differentiates itself by focusing on customer orientation and relentless quality improvement. A range of initiatives have been instituted to enhance customer service, including the dedicated Customer Service Call Center, and regular meetings with customers to review performance. The Silver Award validates these efforts and further cements the company's leading position in the logistics industry, following the win of the prestigious "Logistics Award for Enterprise" at the Logistics Awards Hong Kong 2007.
The Hong Kong Customer Service Excellence Awards are organized by the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence Limited (HKACE), with the aim of recognizing outstanding performers and promoting customer service excellence. Judged by a panel of experts in the service field, as well as representatives from the Hong Kong Productivity Council and professional organizations, the Grand Award recognizes organizations that offer outstanding customer service strategies, excellent service delivery and amazing customer experiences. The Hong Kong Customer Service Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 17 January 2008.
